Cancellation Policy

A lesson can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the appointment. That same lesson cannot be rescheduled further. If an unattended lesson doesn't get rescheduled for 3 days, it will count as completed. The validity of each package is 6 months unless differently specified. If a student is late, the lesson will still take place only if they show up within the first 15 minutes. Passed that time, it will count as completed. Individual lessons or packages are not refundable, but they are transferable to other users.
