1. Payment & Refunds.

Any downloadable material is yours to keep and will be available for download for 30 days from the date of purchase. All sales are final. 

The validity of each package is 6 months.

Lessons are not refundable, but they are transferable to other users.

2. Attendance and Rescheduling.

​

A lesson can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the appointment.
That same lesson cannot be rescheduled further.
If an unattended lesson doesn't get rescheduled for 3 days, it will count as completed.
The validity of each package is 6 months unless specified otherwise.
If a student is late, the lesson will still take place only if they show up within the first 15 minutes. Passed that time, it will count as completed.
Individual lessons or packages are not refundable, but they are transferable to other users.

3. Intellectual Property Rights.

 

All of Sergio The Language Nerd’s materials, including website content, articles, images, and text,  audio, and video files remain at all times the sole property of Sergio The Language Nerd. You may not post, distribute, sublicense, translate, or reproduce in any way any materials or other proprietary information without the prior express written consent of Sergio The Language Nerd.
